Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 501 Mowing, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

501 Mowing provides robotic lawn mowing services including:

• Installation and configuration of robotic lawn mowers
• Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of equipment
• Customer support and service
• Equipment repairs and blade replacements

3. Pricing and Payment

Our standard service includes:

• $140 per month subscription fee
• $99 one-time installation fee
• All maintenance and repairs included

Payment is due monthly. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4. Equipment

The robotic mower and related equipment remain the property of 501 Mowing, LLC. You agree to:

• Not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair the equipment
• Report any damage or malfunction promptly
• Allow reasonable access for maintenance and service
• Return all equipment upon service termination

5. Service Area and Property Requirements

Our services are available in Conway, AR and surrounding areas. Your property must meet certain requirements including appropriate yard size (1/4 to 1/2 acre), manageable terrain, and accessibility for equipment operation.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• We will schedule equipment removal within 7 business days
• No refunds for partial months
• The installation fee is non-refundable

7. Limitation of Liability

501 Mowing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, and other factors may temporarily affect service. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, irrigation systems, or other property features that are not clearly visible or were not disclosed during the initial assessment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
